Introduction

The data controller, hereinafter “The Client” determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, while the data processor, hereinafter “us, we, IN Groupe Denmark”, Teknikerbyen 5, 2830 Virum, process personal data on behalf of the data controller.

A data subject, hereinafter “the end user”, is anyone who uses IN Groupe Denmark A/S signing solution as instructed by the data controller.

Defining the role

For the IN Groupe Denmark A/S signing solution, IN Groupe Denmark A/S acts as a data processor for The Client.

Processing your personal data

The Client is the data controller and the responsible entity who decides among others why and how your personal data is processed.

Our role in the processing of your personal data is as data processor. This means that we can only process your personal data through a signed data processing agreement with The Client.

We are instructed through the data processing agreement how to process your personal data, this also includes the categories of personal data, that can vary depending on The Client and the documents that you are asked to sign.

E.g.: if you used our solution to sign documents for your bank, you could reach out to your bank or find the privacy policy on the bank’s website.

Your rights

In order to exercise your rights according to GDPR, such as right to access, rectification, erasure, etc., we kindly ask you to contact The Client, who advised you to use our solution.
